Shanghai Express is a company belonging to Sfinks Polska since 2008. It runs WOOK restaurants specialising in Asian cuisine. The restaurants are located in Gdańsk and Łódź. Since 2016, Shanghai Express has also operated a cult Warsaw restaurant Bolek.
